We begin with Grass-fed and Finished oxtails, which we slow-cook overnight. Next, we incorporate beef pizzle, allowing it to absorb the rich flavors of the oxtail broth as it simmers for an additional 12 hours.
Once the broth has cooled, we are left with a nutrient-rich, flavorful gelatinous bone broth. Next, we incorporate the pizzle for added hard cartilage to create a hearty, chunky Oxtail and Pizzle stock.
