About Bone Broth
A Superfood for Your Pet
Why Bone Broth?
Bone broth is a powerhouse of essential minerals and immune-boosting nutrients. It's also a fantastic way to hydrate your pet, especially when they're not feeling well or aren't drinking enough water. Mix it with water or raw goat's milk for a delicious and nourishing treat.
The glycosaminoglycans in bone broth are easily absorbed, stimulating collagen production in joints, tendons, and ligaments. Our healthy joint bone broth is also rich in glycine, which supports liver detoxification, bile salt synthesis, and gastric acid secretion for improved digestion.
Bone Broth Benefits:
Bone broth can help support pets with a variety of conditions, including:
Joint pain
Leaky gut
Arthritis
Digestive issues
Ligament tears
Hip dysplasia
Inflammation
Weakened immune system
Our Bone Broth Process:
We simmer meaty marrow bones and raw joint bones (with cartilage intact) in water with a touch of organic apple cider vinegar (to help extract minerals). This slow, two-day simmering process maximizes the nutritional value, resulting in a rich source of glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, and hyaluronic acid. Our bone broth has a gelatinous consistency when chilled and thaws into a thick gravy.
Feeding Instructions:
Bone broth can be offered daily, either on its own or poured over meals. Here's a general guideline:
Small Pets (Under 25 lbs): 2-4 teaspoons per day
Medium Dogs (26-50 lbs): 4-6 teaspoons per day
Large Breeds (Over 50 lbs): Up to 8-10 tablespoons per day
